We are looking to recruit a Student Records Administrator to join our supportive and friendly college administration team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrator / Admin Assistant to play a vital role in supporting student records, data management, and administrative services within a fast‑paced education environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update student timetables and registers, including accurate input of amendments and changes.
- Monitor and record student attendance and absence data, ensuring records are complete, accurate and up to date.
- Maintain the accuracy and currency of the college curriculum data, supporting compliance and reporting requirements.
- Manage room bookings and space allocation, ensuring effective use of college facilities.
- Produce and support data verification reports, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of student and curriculum records.
Qualifications
This role is well suited to candidates with experience in office administration, accurate data entry, and Microsoft Office, who enjoy working as part of a team and providing high‑quality administrative support. A background in administration, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and IT capability within an office or education setting are required.
