Tyne Coast College is entering an exciting period of transformation, with an extensive capital programme running through to 2027. We are seeking an exceptional Project Director to lead, manage and deliver this multi‑year programme, ensuring our estate evolves to meet the needs of learners, staff and our wider communities. The Project Director will provide expert leadership, specialist technical oversight, and robust programme management to ensure capital developments are delivered on time, on budget, and to agreed quality standards.
What You Will Lead
- Oversee the full lifecycle of the College’s ambitious Capital Programme.
- Manage and coordinate external contractors and client-side professionals.
- Provide expert budget and financial oversight.
- Lead development of reporting frameworks for governors, funders and senior leaders.
- Maintain strong relationships with Local Authorities, construction partners and the College leadership team.
- Champion safe delivery ensuring the programme meets the curriculum strategy intentions with as little interruption to teaching as possible.
What We’re Looking For
