We are seeking a Marine Customer Service Manager to lead the Marine School’s administration and customer service function at Tyne Coast College.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To oversee and manage the Marine School customer service area and staff to ensure the highest standard of customer service is maintained at all times.
  • Ensuring internal processes for the admission and enrolment of overseas students are updated in accordance with UKVI requirements.
  • To motivate and develop designated staff to meet key performance targets for their designated areas of responsibility.
