We are seeking a dependable and professional individual to join our South Tyneside College library. The successful candidate will enjoy working with a diverse range of people, demonstrate excellent customer service skills, and have a strong interest in learning resources and supporting students.

Key responsibilities may include:

  • Delivering a professional, welcoming, and efficient service at the issue desk
  • Assisting students with basic IT queries, printing, and access to library resources
  • Shelving and maintaining library stock to a high standard
  • Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the library

We are looking for individuals who:
