Are you passionate about creating opportunities that help students thrive, belong and succeed? We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Enrichment Officer to lead and deliver an exciting programme of enrichment activities that enhance the student experience across our college community.
A key element of the role is delivering our innovative Empower ME model, a learner-led personal development programme that puts students at the heart of shaping their own growth, wellbeing and future aspirations. You will design and facilitate engaging sessions that develop confidence, leadership, employability and life skills while empowering learners to take ownership of their personal development journey.
Working closely with our Students' Union, you will support student voice, co-create activities and events, and champion a vibrant programme of Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (EDIB) initiatives that celebrate our diverse college community. From awareness campaigns and cultural events to student leadership opportunities, you will play a pivotal role in fostering an inclusive and welcoming environment for all.
