About the Role You will: Teach and assess learners inElectrical Installation(practical and theory) Deliver units such asAC theory, single/three-phasesystems, and18th Edition Wiring Regulations Create engaging lesson plans, schemes of work and learning materials Support learners to ensureretention,progressionand achievement Provide tutorial support and guidance on academic, personal and welfare matters Work collaboratively within course teams and contribute to curriculum development Participate in exams, marking, employer engagement and parent liaison WhatYoullNeed Strong,up-to-dateknowledge ofElectrical Installation (up to Level 3) Enthusiasm for teaching and supporting learners Excellent communication, organisational and IT skills Ability to work effectively,safelyand professionally in workshop and classroom environments.
