Whether you already have experience in lecturing or are looking for a career change or new challenge, we can support you to transition into teaching. Prior teaching experience is not essential.
About the Role
You will:
- Teach and assess learners inElectrical Installation(practical and theory)
- Deliver units such asAC theory, single/three-phasesystems, and18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Create engaging lesson plans, schemes of work and learning materials
- Support learners to ensureretention,progressionand achievement
- Provide tutorial support and guidance on academic, personal and welfare matters
- Work collaboratively within course teams and contribute to curriculum development
- Participate in exams, marking, employer engagement and parent liaison
WhatYoullNeed
- Strong,up-to-dateknowledge ofElectrical Installation (up to Level 3)
- Enthusiasm for teaching and supporting learners
- Excellent communication, organisational and IT skills
- Ability to work effectively,safelyand professionally in workshop and classroom environments. xiskglj
