We are seeking a motivated and organised Admin Apprentice to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a sector focused on solving multi-surface repair/restoration issues for clients. The successful candidate will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring smooth and excellent service delivery.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Handling incoming communications (email/phone), responding to or redirecting queries as appropriate
  • Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external queries, ensuring enquiries are dealt with efficiently
  • Supporting the office manager by flagging important tasks or deadlines
  • Ensuring jobs progress efficiently through the workflow using our internal IT platforms
  • Diary management, including scheduling assessments and meetings
  • Performing an initial check on submitted documentation to ensure completeness
  • Requesting missing documentation or information from staff/workforce as needed
  • Uploading, managing, and organising project files and documents on shared platforms
  • Creating and managing manual document templates
  • Completing manual job lodgements where necessary
  • Maintaining accurate records and logs of job progression and communication
  • Helping to troubleshoot basic issues and escalate queries when appropriate

This apprenticeship will follow the Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard, with training provided through a combination of in-house mentorship and regular college days.
