Tyne Coast Academy Trust represents the joining of schools across the north‑east region who share a collective vision for excellence in education at all stages. The Trust currently consists of five schools, three secondary schools and two primary schools. The vision of the Trust is to be an outstanding MAT, providing excellence in education at all stages.

We are seeking a confident and experienced ICT Manager to lead the Trust’s IT team. This is a senior role, responsible for ensuring consistent, high quality IT support for staff and students across our schools, contributing to the Trust’s executive team advising on ICT matters, leading on ICT related procurement and strategic planning and leading on the Trust’s approach to business planning in areas such as cyber security, filtering and monitoring.

The successful candidate will have experience of managing IT service delivery in multi‑site environments, be able to demonstrate strong people leadership and stakeholder engagement skills and have a strong understanding of ICT service management principles and frameworks.
