This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of our pastoral team managing a year group with responsibility for pastoral care and promoting academic success.
Areas of responsibility will include attendance, punctuality, behaviour, standards of uniform, academic progress and day-to-day pastoral issues.
Additionally, the Year Manager will be the first point of contact for parents and carers and on occasions may be required to supervise whole classes during the absence of teachers and deliver assemblies.
