Job Summary
Apprentice Administration Assistant (Level 3), £7.55 per hour (rising to £8 per hour from 1 April 2026) working 37 hours per week.
Fixed‑term contract for 18 months.
Role
You will work closely with the business support team to provide general administration support at North East Futures UTC.
Responsibilities include maintaining office systems, scheduling meetings, assisting with documentation, and other administrative duties as directed by the team.
You will receive an hourly training allowance and be mentored internally and by an external training provider during the apprenticeship.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Commitment to undertake training and development activities and complete the Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship successfully.
- Completion of an enhanced DBS with barred list check.
- Disability confident: guarantee interview for applicants who disclose a disability meeting minimum criteria.
