As an apprentice, you will be involved in helping to establish this exciting new provision from the beginning, contributing to high-quality early years experiences for children and families within our school community.
The Role
Working alongside qualified practitioners and the EYFS Lead, you will
- Support the learning and development of children aged 3-4 years.
- Help plan and deliver engaging play-based activities that support the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Promote children's wellbeing, independence and confidence.
- Observe, assess and record children's learning and development.
- Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
- Support the creation of a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
- Develop your knowledge, skills and professional practice through training and workplace experience.
- Work as part of a dedicated team to ensure high-quality care and education for all children.

- Apprenticeship Training
The successful candidate will work towards a Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprenticeship Standard, receiving dedicated training and support throughout their programme.
Time will be allocated for off-the-job training in line with apprenticeship requirements.
