In 2017 Tymphany opened a new research and development centre in Bridgend, South Wales. We have one of the most advanced ½ space Anechoic chambers in Europe, In the last year, we have been growing our team and installing new R&D facilities.

Our R&D centre is dedicated to provide world class facilities for the development of Automotive Audio, Professional PA speaker systems, Studio monitors, and high end domestic speakers.

Following our building expansion last year we are looking to recruit a part time Administrative Officer for 24 hours per week to assist the Senior Facilities & EHS Manager.

Responsibilities

· Booking and tracking courier shipments

· Reconciling credit card information and entry onto our Finance System

· Collating and processing invoices onto our Finance System

· Greeting visitors and answering the telephone

· Placing online orders, booking flights and hotels

· Maintaining database and creating labels for sample storage

Skills

· Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office – Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and the internet. Training will be given for specific IT tools including our Finance System.

· Familiarity with invoices and basic understanding of UK finances.

· Confident over the phone.

· Strong self-management.

· Good attitude to learn and the ability to meet deadlines through excellent planning and organisational skills.

· High attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.

· Clear communicator with good interpersonal skills.

· Comfortable working on your own as well as part of a team.

· A creative thinker who is able to offer new ideas.
