The Business Development Representative role is key in enabling the Company to grow and develop. The role is responsible for achieving revenue goals in the small and medium-sized segment while driving revenue growth and market penetration for Tympa Health Technologies Limited.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers in one or more of the pharmacy, care home, optical and/or audiology segments.
  • Collaborating with other departments within the Company, such as product development and customer success, to ensure customer satisfaction and ongoing success.
  • Providing regular updates and forecasts to the UK General Manager on sales performance.

You are experienced in selling to SME customers in medical device or other healthcare sales with a proven demonstrable track record of success. A willingness to travel 20% or more domestically in pursuit of opportunities is required. You have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field or have the equivalent from professional experience. Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is also beneficial.
