The Business Development Manager role is key in helping the team succeed and enabling the Company to grow and develop. You will be joining a highly motivated team that is passionate about what they do in a Company that is going from strength to strength. Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • This is an individual contributor role with a personal sales target.
  • The Business Development Manager is responsible for achieving revenue goals in the Enterprise segment while driving revenue growth and market penetration for Tympa Health Technologies Limited.
  • This role operates cross sector including pharmacy, care and optical, and builds relationships with key decision-makers whilst:
    • executing the sales strategy that aligns with Company goals and objectives, including prospecting to a named target list as well as outbound prospecting from your own research;
    • working closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns to create demand and drive sales;
    • building relationships with key decision-makers in the audiology, care home, optical and pharmacy segments;
    • progressing opportunities from opportunity identification to deal closure, navigating the organisation to bring the right resources to drive sales;
    • collaborating with other departments within the organisation, such as account management, product development and customer success, to ensure customer satisfaction and a smooth handover for ongoing success;
    • providing regular updates and reports to the UK General Manager on sales performance;
    • developing and maintaining a strong understanding of the ear and hearing healthcare industry, including emerging trends, competitors and regulations;
    • performing other duties as assigned.

Your Profile

  • You are experienced in selling to large enterprise customers in medical device or other healthcare sales with a proven demonstrable track record of success.
  • You are a highly versatile, energetic individual who is detail and task orientated.
  • You should have an entrepreneurial spirit, be practical with a positive can-do mentality.
  • You will be able to personally develop, maintain and expand our market presence and be involved with exciting and impactful campaigns.
  • You have:
    • significant experience in b2b sales;
    • the ability to build and maintain relationships with key senior decision-makers;
    • strong analytical and strategic thinking skills;
    • familiarity with ear and hearing health technology and the healthcare industry;
    • ability to work independently and as part of a team;
    • willingness to travel 50% or more domestically in pursuit of opportunities;
    • excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field or have the equivalent from professional experience.
  • Preferred experience and qualifications include:
    • experience in AI or healthcare technology sales;
    • familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms;
    • experience in SaaS sales.
