Overview of Role:

This hands-on, practical training position plays a key role in embedding Elite Hotels' culture, service standards, and behaviour expectations across the property. Through on-the-job, online and classroom training, working closely with the Human Resources manager and heads of department across the hotels' operations, you will ensure learning programmes are translated to consistent on-the-floor performance, supporting managers to build capability, accountability and engagement and development activities to develop consistent standards that reflect the Company's culture and the ethos of delivering distinctive, engaged and guest-centric service.

The role will suit someone who:

  • Can demonstrate previous experience in training and coaching in a hospitality environment
  • Has excellent verbal and written communication skills, is passionate, and self-motivated
  • Is enthusiastic, customer-focused, and able to work within deadlines
  • Can be flexible towards hours to suit operational learning needs

32 hours per week, site-based, flexible days.
