Manage the Spa & Leisure facilities to the high standards expected at Tylney Hall Hotel, delivering excellent customer service while ensuring smooth, effective operation of all facilities.
This is a hands-on role responsible for driving spa treatments, retail sales, leisure membership, and overall revenue, while leading and developing the team to deliver consistently high standards.
A Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification is essential, as the role includes carrying out treatments and working some weekends to meet the hotel's operational needs.
Spa & Leisure Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the Spa and Leisure Department.
- Lead, support and develop the Spa and Leisure team.
- Manage rotas, staffing, holidays and departmental coverage.
- Maintain high standards of guest service, cleanliness and presentation.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, hygiene and operational procedures.
- Oversee treatments, leisure facilities, pool operations and equipment.
- Manage guest feedback and resolve complaints effectively.
- Monitor departmental costs, stock and revenue opportunities.
- Support recruitment, training and performance management.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure a positive guest experience.
