Responsibilities for the Indoor Account Manager * Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts. * Build strong client relationships and deliver excellent service. * Generate quotations, and coordinate with operations. * Identify opportunities to upsell services and maximise customer value. * Resolve any service issues quickly and professionally. * Identify the needs of both new and current customers.
