The Role

  • Providing support at C-Suite level to the CEO and CFO of a medium sized business, you’ll be exposed to high-level decision-making and stakeholders.
  • Manage complex, changing calendars and coordinate across time zones.
  • Prepare agendas, minutes, briefing materials and follow-up actions.
  • Arrange international travel, visas, and itineraries.
  • Ensure seamless logistics for global events and engagements.
  • Manage high-volume, confidential correspondence, drafting professional emails.
  • Conduct research and prepare concise briefing materials to support decision-making.
  • Coordinate projects.
  • Oversee expense reporting and invoice processing.

Experience
