Our client is a global firm looking to permanent Executive Assistant to support 4 C-Suite members. The role will be based in their London office of approximately 15 members of staff.Salary – £60,000 – £70,000 (depending on experience) + annual bonus, fantastic benefits package and 25 days holidayHybrid working – 3 days working in the office and 2 from homeLocation – West End Amazing modern offices, great culture!Hours: 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.Executive Assistant duties:Extensive diary management for all 4 C-Suite members, booking all internal and external meetings, MS Teams calls, across various time zones.Inbox management for the CEO and CFO.Arranging international travel including flights, accommodation, transfers, visas and producing itineraries.Organising events and conferences.Producing reports letters, invitations and Power Point presentations.Collating information needed for the company’s annual results.Assisting with the organisation of investor roadshows.Processing expenses.Ordering office supplies for the office.First point of contact for the Executives.Line managing an Administrator.Executive Assistant profile: Have previously worked as an Executive Assistant or PA supporting more than one individual.Have previously support C-Suite or senior level Executives.Be able to start work immediately.Have previously managed very busy diaries.Have previously booked lots of international travel and be aware of various time zonesBe used to working in a fast-paced environment.Be proactive with excellent organisational skills, multi-tasking, and prioritising skills.Be calm under pressure and be able to meet deadlines set.Have excellent written skills and strong attention to detail.Be a great team player, with a positive, “Can-do” approach.Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the confidence to communicate effectively at all levels.Good MS Office skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
