The role: As an Account Manager at Tyk, you own and develop long‑term relationships with our customers. Tyk provides a technical platform used by engineering teams to build, secure, and operate APIs that power modern digital services. In this role, you are the commercial owner of a portfolio of accounts, responsible for maintaining strong partnerships and ensuring customers continue to realise value from the platform over time.

- Experience owning customer relationships in a B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environment
- A track record of managing commercial customer relationships, including renewals and account growth
- Experience working with technical products or engineering‑led organisations
- Ability to build relationships across both technical and business stakeholders
- Confidence leading commercial conversations and navigating complex customer environments
- Strong organisation, communication, and follow‑through
- Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver successful customer outcomes
