TYG is expanding! We’re hiring a Principal Recruitment Consultant to join our London team. We’re a market-leading recruitment company in the Architecture, Engineering & Construction space, partnering with clients across the USA. After a strong 2025, we’re growing again – currently 24 people in London, with plans to reach 40 over the next three years. This is a high-impact hire and a chance to be part of the core group shaping what TYG becomes next.
Our three directors started the company as friends after meeting at college, and that still defines how we operate today: supportive, collaborative, and people-first.
