TYG is growing our London team and looking for experienced Recruitment Consultants who want more ownership, stronger earning potential, and the opportunity to build their desk across the US market.
This role is ideal for someone who already understands recruitment and wants a platform to take their desk to the next level. You'll have the autonomy to develop your own market, build long-term client relationships, and take ownership of your recruitment processes from start to finish.
You'll have access to advanced technology, automation, and multiple candidate resourcing avenues to support business development and sourcing, rather than relying solely on traditional cold outreach.

We're looking for recruiters who have already built a solid foundation in the industry and are ready for their next challenge. You could currently be a Recruitment Consultant, Senior Recruitment Consultant, Principal Recruitment or working at an equivalent level or above.
Strong at building candidate networks. If you have strong permanent recruitment experience and the right commercial mindset, we can teach you the market.
