TYG is expanding! We’re hiring a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our London team. We’re a market-leading recruitment company in the Architecture, Engineering & Construction space, partnering with clients across the USA. After a strong 2025, we’re growing again – currently 24 people in London, with plans to reach 40 over the next three years. This is a chance to come in at a key stage, have real influence on how we grow, and help shape the next phase of the business.
Our three directors started the company as friends after meeting at college, and that still defines how we operate today: supportive, collaborative, and genuinely people-first. We’re ambitious, but we believe you do your best work when you’re trusted, backed, and given space to run with your ideas.
What makes us different:
- Genuine autonomy to build and run your desk your way
- The opportunity to develop new markets, clients, or teams
- Clear pathway into leadership as the business scales
- High-earning commission structure (US market = bigger fees)
- Direct access to the directors and real input into strategy
- A supportive, high-performance environment that values long-term thinking over short-term wins
What you’ll get:
- Competitive senior-level base salary + uncapped commission
- Early finish Fridays + hybrid working
- Full back-office and operational support so you can focus on billing and growth
- Regular socials, incentives & yearly trip abroad
- 22 days holiday + Christmas shutdown
- WeWork Devonshire Square office (free coffee, free beer, regular events)
The role:
- Lead and grow a desk within the AEC market
- Develop and deepen long-term client partnerships
- Deliver senior-level candidate management and market insight
- Contribute to team development, mentoring, and best practice
- Play an active role in shaping processes and future hires
We’re looking for:
- Proven experience as a recruiter in the AEC sector
- Strong billing history and client development skills
- Someone who enjoys building something, not just maintaining it
- Commercially sharp, self-motivated, and comfortable with autonomy
- A collaborative leader who sets the standard for others
If you’re an experienced AEC recruiter looking for a role where you can build, lead, and grow alongside an ambitious but supportive business, we’d love to hear from you.
