We’re hiring a Recruitment Consultant to join our London team.

We’re a market-leading recruitment company in the Architecture, Engineering & Construction space, working with clients across the USA. After a strong 2025, we’re growing again – currently 24 people in London, aiming for 40 over the next three years. It’s a great time to join, take real ownership of your desk, and progress quickly as the business scales.

The role

• Win new business and grow long-term client relationships
• Source, headhunt and manage high-quality candidates
• Run end-to-end recruitment processes and close deals
• Deliver a high standard of service to clients and candidates

We’re looking for

• 1–2 years’ experience in sales or recruitment
• Confident communicators who enjoy building relationships
• Commercially minded, competitive and goal-driven
• Organised, resilient and comfortable working to targets
• Sociable, positive team players
