You'll have the autonomy to develop your market, build your own client relationships, and take ownership of your recruitment processes from start to finish.
You'll also have access to advanced technology and multiple candidate resourcing avenues, helping you identify opportunities, reach candidates, and develop business more effectively.

Who We're Looking For
We're looking for an experienced recruiter with a proven track record of billing, developing business, and managing client relationships.
You’ll ideally be confident in:
- Developing new business
- Building long-term client relationships
- Headhunting and representing strong candidates
- Managing recruitment processes
- Negotiating and closing deals
- Taking ownership of your own revenue
