About the Role The Engineering Principal will play a pivotal role in driving technical excellence, leading multidisciplinary teams, and strengthening long-term client partnerships. This individual will contribute to the firm’s strategic direction, oversee complex projects, and help shape the future of engineering services in mission-critical environments. Key Responsibilities Lead MEP/FP engineering efforts on complex institutional projects Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams and project managers Foster and grow client relationships, ensuring excellence in project delivery Oversee all phases of design, construction administration, and QA/QC Support business strategy, team development, and operational improvements Promote innovation, sustainability, and emerging technologies within engineering practice Qualifications Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) 10+ years of experience in MEP/FP engineering, with demonstrated leadership in project delivery Expertise in healthcare, science, and academic facilities design Proficient in BIM tools (Revit) and engineering design software Strong business development, communication, and client engagement skills Why Join?
