After a strong 2025, we’re growing again – currently 24 people in London, aiming for 40 over the next three years. It’s a great time to join, take real ownership of your desk, and progress quickly as the business scales.
Our three directors started the company as friends after meeting at college, and that still shapes our culture today: supportive, social, and genuinely team-focused. We work hard, back each other, and celebrate all the wins, big or small.
Why this is a great next step
- Clear progression into senior and leadership roles as we grow
- High-earning commission structure (US market = bigger fees)
- Real ownership over your desk and how you run it
- The chance to lean into your strengths and shape your role as you develop
- Direct training and mentoring from our directors and top billers
- Fast-paced, target-driven environment where performance is recognised and rewarded
What you’ll get
- Competitive base salary + uncapped commission
- Early finish Fridays + hybrid working
- In-house training, director mentoring & buddy system
- Regular socials, incentives & yearly trip abroad
- 22 days holiday + Christmas shutdown
- WeWork Devonshire Square office (free coffee, free beer, regular events)
The role
- Win new business and grow long-term client relationships
- Source, headhunt and manage high-quality candidates
- Run end-to-end recruitment processes and close deals
- Deliver a high standard of service to clients and candidates
We’re looking for
- 1–2 years’ experience in sales or recruitment
- Confident communicators who enjoy building relationships
- Commercially minded, competitive and goal-driven
- Organised, resilient and comfortable working to targets
- Sociable, positive team players
