Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our London team.
We’re a market-leading recruitment company in the Architecture, Engineering & Construction space, partnering with clients across the USA.
After a strong 2025, we’re growing again – currently 24 people in London, with plans to reach 40 over the next three years.
This is a chance to come in at a key stage, have real influence on how we grow, and help shape the next phase of the business.
Our three directors started the company as friends after meeting at college, and that still defines how we operate today: supportive, collaborative, and genuinely people-first.

The role
- Lead and grow a desk within the AEC market
- Develop and deepen long-term client partnerships
- Deliver senior-level candidate management and market insight
- Contribute to team development, mentoring, and best practice
- Play an active role in shaping processes and future hires
- Proven experience as a recruiter in the AEC sector
- Strong billing history and client development skills
- Someone who enjoys building something, not just maintaining it
- Commercially sharp, self-motivated, and comfortable with autonomy
- A collaborative leader who sets the standard for others
