If so, we have exciting opportunities for paediatric registered nurses to join our highly experienced care team at TÅ· Hafan children's hospice.

As a TÅ· Hafan nurse, you will work within a close-knit team of fellow nursing professionals to provide truly intuitive and creative clinical care, while being supported to maintain and further develop your clinical nursing skills to a leading standard. Providing services for children and their families from South, East and West Wales, the hospice itself is a short distance from Cardiff and offers a welcoming work environment, set in beautiful gardens on the banks of the Severn Estuary.
About the role
As a registered Paediatric Nurse your responsibility will be to deliver safe, clinical nursing care to children resident in the hospice, working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to ensure continuity of care. We are looking for Registered Nurses with the skills to assess, plan and deliver individualised nursing care, providing evidence-based clinical intervention in line with current guidelines, regulations and policies.
Our skilled team provide specialist care for children and young people with a wide range of complex conditions therefore, at TÅ· Hafan your work will be extremely varied, and deeply fulfilling.

Shift requirements:
Candidates will be required to work 37.5 hours a week, covering 3 x 12-hrs shifts (days & nights) a week and 1 x 6hrs early or late shift a month. Our shift patterns are as follows:
- Days 7.00am – 7.30pm (12 hours)
- Nights 7.00pm – 7.30am(12 hours)
- Earlies 7.00am – 1.30pm (6 hours)
- Lates 1.00pm – 7.30pm(6 hours)
