Tŷ Hafan is seeking an experienced Assistant Facilities Manager to lead day-to-day facilities services and health and safety across the estate. You will manage a small team and external contractors, delivering compliant maintenance and high-quality service.
The role is based at the Head Office, with onsite work Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm, and involves coordinating risk assessments, safety culture and budgets under the Head of Estates and Facilities.
