ROLE: White Goods Engineer

LOCATION: Leeds, M62 East corridor, Harrogate

Working for a well-known, blue chip organisation within appliance and tech. Concept are excited to offer opportunities within the Leeds area and actively interviewing now!

Role:

  • Driving your company van and managing your own day effectively (as you’ll work mainly on your own).
  • Testing, diagnosing and fixing white goods in our customers' homes.
  • Providing and implementing technical knowledge across a range of white goods appliances.
  • Excellent customer care skills.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in White Goods repairs.
  • Full UK/EU driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
  • Ideally (but not essential) ACS Qualifications (or equivalent) in Essential Gas Safety Domestic (CCN1), Gas Cookers and Ranges (CKR1).
  • Passion and enthusiasm.
  • Must be able to clear DBS checks and drugs/alcohol testing.

PACKAGE:

  • Up to £34,000 with electrical and re-gas, £38,000 per annum with gas + 10% bonus paid quarterly.
  • 41 hours per week working 5 over 7 (some Saturday working on a rostered basis) - NO SUNDAYS.
  • 30 days of annual leave (including bank holiday entitlement).
  • Competitive pension scheme.
  • Tools, van (not private use), paid door to door.
