- Proven experience as a Scrum Master operating at SFIA Level 5
- Prior hands‑on experience in software development and testing

Responsibilities
- Act as Scrum Master across multiple engineering delivery teams, facilitating all Scrum ceremonies
- Drive delivery outcomes while applying agile principles pragmatically
- Identify and remove delivery impediments, risks, and dependencies
- Use technical experience to assess delivery health, quality, and readiness
- Work closely with Developers, Testers, Product Owners, and Delivery Leads

We are seeking an experienced SFIA Level 5 Scrum Master with a background in software development and testing for a contract role in Telford, with ideally two days per week on site, subject to limited flexibility. This is an inside IR35 position with a pay rate of £575 to £600. We need a delivery‑focused Scrum Master who understands the end‑to‑end delivery lifecycle and can apply agile pragmatically in a heavy development environment similar to HMRC, with Java preferred and exposure to AWS and Kubernetes. We are also looking for someone with SC eligibility and a technical lens to delivery who can identify risks early, challenge constructively, and keep work on track.
