TXP is seeking a UX Designer on a 5-month contract in Birmingham, with 2 days per week on-site. You will shape clear, accessible digital experiences across pensions and benefits journeys, working with users, stakeholders and delivery teams to understand needs and turn insights into practical design solutions.
You will plan and run user research, create wireframes and interactive prototypes in Figma, and collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects and Developers in an agile environment.
