What you'll do

  • Facilitate SCRUM ceremonies and ensure the team adheres to agile principles.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Mentor team members on agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Identify and remove obstacles that may hinder the team's progress.
  • Track project metrics and report on team performance to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a SCRUM Master in a software development environment.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of the software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Eligibility for SC clearance.
