What you'll do
- Facilitate SCRUM ceremonies and ensure the team adheres to agile principles.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Mentor team members on agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Identify and remove obstacles that may hinder the team's progress.
- Track project metrics and report on team performance to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a SCRUM Master in a software development environment.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of the software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eligibility for SC clearance.
