Role: Technical Project Delivery Manager (Resource Management Systems)

Location: South Wales (working pattern TBC)
Duration: 12 Month initial contract
Rate: 500 - 600 per day (Negotiable)

IR35 Status: TBC
We are currently working with a well established, large-scale organisation who require Technical Project Delivery Manager to join the organisation. The client need a candidate who possesses previous experience deploying end to end delivery solutions and ideally, resource management frameworks and systems.
You will lead the end to end set up of a new resource management system and support technical project delivery initiatives. You will possess technical expertise together with a proven track record of delivering complex projects in high demand environments.
Key activities will include:

  • Framework Design
  • Process Development
  • Technology Assessment & Selection
  • Implementation & Roll-Out


Essential Skills & Experience required:

  • Strong experience designing and deploying systems (ideally resource management)
  • Proven ability to deliver technical solutions in high-pressure environments
  • Familiarity with security, compliance, and scalability
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience working with delivery frameworks such as Agile or Waterfall

The successful candidate will need to be eligible to undergo NPPV3 clearance, if they do not already obtain it. Please consider this when applying for the role.
