We're looking for an experienced Team Leader to oversee ESEL (Electronic Shelf Edge Label) installation projects across retail and supermarket sites.
This hands-on role combines team leadership, installation expertise, customer liaison, and project administration to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise installation teams on-site.
Allocate workloads and monitor project progress.
Ensure installation quality standards are achieved.
Train and support installers where required.
Conduct quality checks and resolve issues.
Act as the main point of contact for store management.
Complete daily reporting and site documentation.
Promote safe working practices at all times.
Essential Requirements Previous team leadership or supervisory experience.
