The successful candidate will help shape the data roadmap, drive governance, and lead transformation initiatives across pricing, policy, and claims data environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic data transformation initiatives across speciality lines insurance
- Define and drive data roadmaps, governance, and delivery approach
- Engage with senior business and technology stakeholders, providing clear strategic direction
- Translate complex technical concepts into business-focused outcomes and executive-level communications
- Oversee programme governance, reporting, risk management, and delivery oversight
- Support solution alignment across Azure data platforms and engineering teams
- Work closely with architecture, engineering, and business teams to ensure successful delivery
- Drive adoption of modern data engineering practices, including DevOps and CI/CD
- Support operating model and capability improvements across the wider programme
