Ideally we are looking for somebody that has delivered across heavy development projects matching the HMRC Environment (Java, AWS, Kubernetes etc). • Drive delivery outcomes while applying agile principles pragmatically
  • Identify and remove delivery impediments, risks, and dependencies
  • Use technical experience to assess delivery health, quality, and readiness

  • Provide clear delivery updates to stakeholders and align with governance requirements

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master operating at SFIA Level 5
  • Prior hands-on experience in software development and Testing
  • Strong understanding of agile delivery frameworks and delivery lifecycles
  • Experience in complex, multi-team environments
