Location: London (Whitechapel Building) preferred (Manchester considered with regular London travel)
Hybrid: Typically 2-3 days onsite, flexibility required based on delivery and stakeholder needs
This role is suited to someone comfortable operating within fast-moving, evolving environments, working across both internal and external stakeholders to drive delivery, governance, reporting, and pilot initiatives. The successful candidate will help shape delivery processes, establish reporting structures within Jira, and support multifunctional teams across a growing programme area.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery activities across pilots, POCs, and engagement initiatives
- Work closely with internal teams, SMEs, and external stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong reporting and governance structures within Jira
- Support programme reporting, tracking, and delivery oversight
- Identify and manage risks, blockers, and dependencies
- Facilitate Agile ways of working across multifunctional teams
- Provide clear delivery updates and progress reporting to leadership
- Support evolving delivery processes within a fast-paced environment
- Contribute proactively to wider team and programme objectives
What We're Looking For
- Strong experience as a Senior Delivery Manager or Programme Lead
- Experience operating within Agile delivery environments
- Strong Jira experience, including reporting and workflow management
- Experience running pilots, proof of concepts, or engagement-based delivery initiatives
- Strong stakeholder and relationship management capability
- Comfortable working across ambiguous or less structured environments
- Proactive, confident communicator with strong emotional intelligence
- Able to work at pace and lead without requiring detailed direction
Nice to Have
- Public and private sector delivery experience
- PRINCE2, Agile, or PPM qualifications
- Experience working across government or digital transformation programmes
