We're looking for a Senior AVD / EUC Engineer to deliver and optimise Azure Virtual Desktop solutions within a secure, enterprise-scale environment. This role sits across Modern Workplace, identity, and endpoint management, so we're looking for someone who can operate across the full Microsoft stack - not just AVD in isolation.
What you'll be doing:
- Designing and deploying AVD environments (host pools, session hosts, scaling)
- Managing endpoint configuration via Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune)
- Implementing identity and access controls using Microsoft Entra ID (MFA, Conditional Access, RBAC)
- Supporting Microsoft 365 platform including security & compliance policies
- Enabling collaboration and infrastructure across Microsoft Teams
- Managing user profiles using FSLogix
- Supporting Windows lifecycle (Windows as a Service)
What we're looking for:
- Strong experience across AVD + Modern Workplace (M365)
- Advanced knowledge of:
- Microsoft 365 (incl. Security & Compliance)
- Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune)
- Microsoft Entra ID
- Microsoft Teams infrastructure
- Windows as a Service
- Experience working in secure / enterprise environments
- Strong troubleshooting + automation mindset (PowerShell beneficial)
