As a Principal Delivery Lead, you’ll take ownership of multiple client engagements across our technology delivery portfolio. You’ll ensure that delivery teams are aligned with Statements of Work (SoWs), timelines, and quality standards, while acting as a senior point of contact for client stakeholders. You’ll be responsible for translating client strategies into actionable delivery plans and sales proposals, identifying growth opportunities, and driving excellence across all engagements.
You’ll work closely with the Head of Project Management, sales teams, and delivery leads to ensure strategic alignment and measurable business impact. You’ll also support resource planning, governance, and reporting across your portfolio, while championing our CARES values in every interaction.
We’re seeking a high-performing leader with:
- Proven experience managing multiple client portfolios in a technology delivery environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior levels.
- Commercial acumen and experience supporting sales and account growth.
- Ability to build business cases and translate strategy into delivery.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent, plus relevant business certifications.
