Role: Field Service Technician – Multi-Functional DevicesLocation: Leicestershire / Peterborough Package: up to £31,000 per annum + 10% bonus + 26 days holiday

What will your day to day responsibilities be?
- Achieve key SLA's as directed to maintain optimum customer satisfaction.
- Respond to call outs in a timely and professional manner, identify and resolve technical faults, and undertake all technical modifications as they arise.
- Install and network Multi-Functional Devices on customer premises to the customer's satisfaction.
- Provide advice and training to customers on all aspects of the machines' functions to ensure customers are fully aware of and utilize the full capabilities of the installed device.
- Undertake relevant training as directed, including computer-based training, to ensure up-to-date knowledge is maintained of all Multi-Function products, which may include overnight residential training as required.
- Perform all repairs in a safe manner and in accordance with manufacturers' recommendations and Health & Safety legislation.
- Complete all necessary reporting requirements and paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
- Effectively use technology tools such as tablets and laptops to ensure continuous improvements in service delivery.
- Maintain car or walking stock to required standards.
- Support or respond to service call outs for other service teams as necessary.
- Attend and contribute to team meetings.
RequirementsWe will consider any experienced photocopier or electro – mechanical service engineers living within the specified areas and who can offer
- Strong customer facing skills and experience
- Theoretical and practical experience of industry and best practices
- Ability to communicate at all levels with the customer and organisation
- Proven technical experience – electro mechanical
- Excellent IT knowledge, including networking
