Senior Digital Talent Partner Day Rate: £300-£400 per day Contract: 6 Months Location: London or Manchester Hybrid: 1-2 days onsite per week Central Government Overview We're looking for an experienced Senior Digital Talent Partner to support technology and digital hiring across a range of specialist disciplines. This is a sourcing-led role requiring strong stakeholder management, talent mapping, passive candidate engagement and end-to-end recruitment expertise. Key Responsibilities Manage recruitment campaigns from brief to offer. Build talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and market mapping. Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to engage passive candidates. Partner with hiring managers and provide market insights. Manage multiple technology vacancies simultaneously. Support recruitment reporting and process improvements. Requirements Proven technology or digital recruitment experience. Strong direct sourcing and talent mapping capability. End-to-end recruitment delivery experience. Excellent stakeholder management skills. Experience recruiting across multiple technical skillsets. Ability to work independently and deliver at pace.
