Overview
We're looking for a Junior Data Analyst to support data analysis, reporting, and insight across operational and transformation initiatives. You'll work with raw data to produce structured datasets, dashboards, and actionable insights for business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and interpret data from multiple sources
- Clean, validate, and prepare datasets
- Build dashboards and reports using Power BI (including DAX)
- Develop data models (e.g. star schema)
- Support stakeholders with reporting and data requirements
- Track key metrics and performance trends
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability
Skills & Experience
- Strong Power BI (dashboarding, DAX)
- Solid SQL for data extraction and transformation
- Good Excel/data manipulation skills
- Understanding of data modelling concepts
- Ability to work with incomplete or messy data
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement
Desirable:
- Python experience
