Design Lead – Smart Data Repository (SDR) / Dynamics

We are looking for an experienced Design Lead to join our clients team and take ownership of end‑to‑end design across the Smart Data Repository (SDR) platform. This role will lead the design, build and test phases for key SDR components and ensure seamless integration with Microsoft Dynamics.

As Design Lead, you will work closely with product, engineering and data teams to define user‑centred design approaches, translate complex requirements into clear design solutions, and guide multidisciplinary teams through prototyping, governance and delivery. xiskglj You\’ll ensure the platform is intuitive, scalable and aligned with user needs, data governance standards and organisational strategy.

Essential Experience

Proven background as a Design Lead or Senior Designer on large-scale digital/data platforms
Hands‑on experience with:
Smart Data Repository (SDR) – design, build and test
Microsoft Dynamics (design & configuration exposure)
Strong service design, interaction design and prototyping skills
Ability to lead design direction within agile, multi‑disciplinary teams
Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence technical and non‑technical stakeholdersIf you are interested, apply here
