We're looking for an experienced Data Programme Manager to lead a strategic data transformation programme within the insurance sector, focused on speciality lines. This is a senior, business-facing role requiring someone who can combine strong delivery leadership with strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, and technical understanding across modern Azure data platforms. The successful candidate will help shape the data roadmap, drive governance, and lead transformation initiatives across pricing, policy, and claims data environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic data transformation initiatives across speciality lines insurance
- Define and drive data roadmaps, governance, and delivery approach
- Engage with senior business and technology stakeholders, providing clear strategic direction
- Translate complex technical concepts into business-focused outcomes and executive-level communications
- Oversee programme governance, reporting, risk management, and delivery oversight
- Support solution alignment across Azure data platforms and engineering teams
- Work closely with architecture, engineering, and business teams to ensure successful delivery
- Drive adoption of modern data engineering practices, including DevOps and CI/CD
- Support operating model and capability improvements across the wider programme
Strong understanding of:

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience leading enterprise-scale data transformation programmes

- Strong understanding of modern Azure data platforms
- Experience operating within Agile delivery environments
