TXP is seeking an experienced Team Leader to oversee ESEL installation projects across retail and supermarket sites in the UK. This hands-on role combines team leadership, installation expertise, customer liaison and project administration to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
You will lead on-site teams, allocate workloads, monitor progress, conduct quality checks, and maintain daily reporting and site documentation.
