Purpose of the role
Focused on delivering individual projects, ensuring completion within scope, time, and budget with a more immediate focus.
To be successful as a Project Manager, you should have experience with:
- Ability to operate independently at senior level, supporting leaders with clear analysis, options and recommendations to drive effective decisions.
- Communication with stakeholders, including senior management, project teams, and external partners, to ensure that they are informed about project progress and that their needs and expectations are being met.
- Production of ExCo ready progress reporting, providing clear assurance that proposed solutions are being delivered on time and within approved budgets.
- Management of project risks, ensuring that risk, assumptions, issues and dependencies are identified, assessed, and mitigated as necessary.
- Facilitation of change management activities, including training and communication, to ensure that change projects are successfully implemented and embedded in the organisation.
- Demonstrated experience in leading, mentoring and coaching colleagues across complex initiatives.
- Enterprise agile capability required, with experience applying agile at scale across complex, multi-initiative portfolios.

- PMP or Prince2 Practitioner certification mandatory.
- Extensive experience in Project Manager role managing projects with large complexity, business-critical and cross-functional teams spanning multiple regions and functions.
