We are looking for an Insight Planner to join a new multidisciplinary team driving insight-led decision-making in a large, complex organisation. As the sole Insight Planner, you will shape how insight is used - turning data into clear narratives that influence strategy, product direction, and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Synthesize qualitative, quantitative, and behavioural data into clear, actionable insights.
- Create compelling presentations and strategic recommendations.
- Identify patterns and opportunities across multiple data sources.
- Collaborate with research, product, design, and delivery teams.
- Support user-centred approaches and strategic decision-making.
- Help define and build the Insight Planning capability.
- Strong experience translating complex data into insightful narratives.
- Excellent storytelling and presentation skills.
- Comfortable working across multidisciplinary teams.
- Strategic thinker with experience in complex organisations.
- Self-starter who can shape ways of working.
- Likely from roles such as Insight Planner, User Research, Customer Insight, or Product Insight.
- Product/digital experience.
